Monthly maintenance programs are ideal for anyone who needs regular support with their website, especially if it’s built on WordPress. WordPress sites need regular software updates to keep things secure and running smoothly. Our Basic plan takes care of those updates on a weekly basis, while also providing backups, security scans and uptime monitoring to give you peace of mind that your website is working and ready for your customers. You’ll also get an hour of web maintenance time each month for anything else you need. If you need more than that, our Pro and Advanced plans are ideal – giving you even more hours at even lower rates for additional web maintenance, website optimization, marketing, custom projects, or anything you can imagine.

If you’re looking to maintain more than one website, you can add additional sites to your maintenance plan for $50/month per website. These can be added to any of the monthly plans. This add-on does not add additional hours, but provides weekly WordPress updates, backups, security scans and uptime monitoring for each covered website.

No, any unused hours will expire at the end of your billing period. This is so we can keep a steady schedule and regular availability for all clients, and keep prices low. For the Pro and Advanced plans, we’ll set priorities ahead of time to ensure the monthly hours are put to good use.

If you need more time than the hours included in your subscription, no problem! Each plan offers discounted hourly rates for any additional work. Additional work is billed by the minute, and is payable at the end of the monthly billing cycle. Invoices for additional work must be paid timely in order to continue receiving the benefits of the program.

In order to provide great support to all clients, each program has a different limit of hours that can be used per week. The limits are there mostly as a guideline – if we have time available, we’ll often be happy to stretch a bit to accommodate your needs. However if you’re regularly needing more time each week, we may recommend that you upgrade to one of the higher plans which include more hours (and lower rates!) for support each month. That way we’ll plan ahead to have time for you in the schedule.

The Basic plan is month-to-month and can be cancelled any time. The Pro and Advanced plans have a minimum monthly commitment, which guarantees priority support for you and your projects, as well as the low hourly rates of the program. Once that time period is up, you are welcome to cancel or renew your subscription, or upgrade or downgrade to a different plan. If you want to continue, the program will renew automatically each month, and you can cancel any time after that.

We offer two areas of focus – speed and search optimization, plus a third option that combines both at a discount. If your website is running slowly or your website is not optimized for SEO, these programs can help you move in the right direction.

These programs are designed to provide a basic foundation for improved loading speeds and search recognition. But if you’re looking for continuous improvement, we recommend pairing an Upgrade program with one of our monthly expansion plans. That way, we’ll improve your website on a regular basis. Search engine optimization in particular takes time and regular effort to pay off, and larger websites may need more page and image optimization than our standard upgrades offer.

The front page of Google is everyone’s goal! And unfortunately, that means it’s exceedingly difficult to achieve, especially on today’s internet. We don’t offer any particular guarantees of how your website will rank or what level of improvement to expect, but we do assure you that we won’t take on your project unless we feel we can offer you a meaningful improvement to your website. Ranking well on search engines takes time however, and you may need more than this Upgrade program to get to where you want to be. If you really want to be on the front page of Google tomorrow, consider advertising as an option, which we can also help with.
