Do I need to know anything technical?
Not at all. I handle the technical side entirely, and every project ends with a training session so you feel confident managing your site going forward.
What platforms do you work with?
Primarily WordPress - it's where I have the most depth. I also build on Shopify, and I'm open to other platforms too. If you're on something else, let's talk.
How do payments work?
Project fees are broken into milestone installments. Typically a deposit kicks things off, with remaining payments tied to delivery stages. No surprises.
What if I just need something small?
Hourly retainers under the Care tier are a great fit for smaller or one-off requests. Get in touch and we'll figure out the right way to work together.
Do you offer graphic design?
Branding, layout, and visual identity are all available, or just development alone if you already have a design. Standalone graphic design work is limited; ask if you have something in mind.
How long does a typical project take?
A full site build is typically 1-3 months depending on scope and feedback turnaround. Optimize work can move faster. We'll set a realistic timeline in the proposal.
