Malware & Repair Questions

Common signs: browser or Google warnings, strange redirects, spam pages or links you didn't add, new admin users, or a host suspending your account. If something feels off, get in touch and I'll take a look.

Most cleanups start within one business day and are finished within two to three. [TBD: confirm turnaround.]

Cleanup includes closing the hole the attacker used and hardening the site. Keeping it updated is what keeps it clean long term, which is what Monthly Maintenance takes care of.

Site repairs start with a diagnosis. If the fix will take longer than the quoted time, I'll tell you before going further, so there are no surprises.

We're excited to announce a return to full-time availability. Regular office hours are 10am - 6pm EST Mon-Thurs, and 10am to 2pm EST Fridays, with additional times available by special appointment. We are generally not available on weekends or holidays, or other times provided in advance in our email newsletter. If you buy any of these packages, you'll get access to your very own Client Dashboard, which is where we'll log the hours used for your project, and keep a record of all your past purchases. You'll be able to log in and see how many hours have been used, and how much time is left. Please note this is not updated instantly, it may take a few days for the time entries to appear. If you need an up to date total at any time, feel free to ask.

We generally prefer to schedule phone calls or video meetings in advance, which you can book here. But very soon we plan to add phone and text support, offering you even more convenient ways to manage your website. Stay tuned!
