We’re excited to announce a return to full-time availability. Regular office hours are 10am – 6pm EST Mon-Thurs, and 10am to 2pm EST Fridays, with additional times available by special appointment. We are generally not available on weekends or holidays, or other times provided in advance in our email newsletter. If you buy any of these packages, you’ll get access to your very own Client Dashboard, which is where we’ll log the hours used for your project, and keep a record of all your past purchases. You’ll be able to log in and see how many hours have been used, and how much time is left. Please note this is not updated instantly, it may take a few days for the time entries to appear. If you need an up to date total at any time, feel free to ask.

We generally prefer to schedule phone calls or video meetings in advance, which you can book here. But very soon we plan to add phone and text support, offering you even more convenient ways to manage your website. Stay tuned!

Our regular clients will tell you how thrilled they are with how quickly we get back to them and take care of their requests. Very often, it’s the same day! However since our schedule can vary a bit, we’ve structured the response times for these programs to give the highest priority to ongoing clients. With the higher level programs, you’re guaranteed to have the work completed within a matter of days, if not the same day.

In order to keep a consistent schedule, each program has a different limit of hours that can be used per week. The limits are there to ensure we have enough time for all clients. This helps us guarantee we’ll be available to you! However, if an exception comes up and you need a bit more time in a given week, we may still be able to help you out. Feel free to ask!

Yes, the hours do expire, but only after a year from your purchase date. The reason for the expiration is so that we can continue to take on projects, and maintain a reliable schedule while doing so. This expiration helps us keep prices low and get to your needs quickly.
