General Questions
Absolutely! We’re happy to chat with you about your current needs and pain points with your website, and find the right solution for you. Book a free discovery call and we can offer a recommendation.
We’re excited to announce a return to full-time availability. Regular office hours are 10am – 6pm EST Mon-Thurs, and 10am to 2pm EST Fridays, with additional times available by special appointment. We are generally not available on weekends or holidays, or other times provided in advance in our email newsletter. Sign up to stay up to date with upcoming availability changes, plus exciting discounts and product launches!
If you buy any of these packages, you’ll get access to your very own Client Dashboard, which is where we’ll log the hours used for your project, and keep a record of all your past purchases. You’ll be able to log in and see how many hours have been used, and how much time is left. Please note this is not updated instantly, it may take a few days for the time entries to appear. If you need an up to date total at any time, feel free to ask.
We generally prefer to schedule phone calls or video meetings in advance, which you can book here. But very soon we plan to add phone and text support, offering you even more convenient ways to manage your website. Stay tuned!
Website Upgrade Questions
Website Upgrades are all about taking your website from where it is to where you want it to be. We offer two areas of focus – speed and search optimization, plus a third option that combines both at a discount. If your website is running slowly or your website is not optimized for SEO, these programs can help you move in the right direction.
These programs are designed to provide a basic foundation for improved loading speeds and search recognition. But if you’re looking for continuous improvement, we recommend pairing an Upgrade program with one of our monthly expansion plans. That way, we’ll improve your website on a regular basis. Search engine optimization in particular takes time and regular effort to pay off, and larger websites may need more page and image optimization than our standard upgrades offer.
The front page of Google is everyone’s goal! And unfortunately, that means it’s exceedingly difficult to achieve, especially on today’s internet. We don’t offer any particular guarantees of how your website will rank or what level of improvement to expect, but we do assure you that we won’t take on your project unless we feel we can offer you a meaningful improvement to your website. Ranking well on search engines takes time however, and you may need more than this Upgrade program to get to where you want to be. If you really want to be on the front page of Google tomorrow, consider advertising as an option, which we can also help with.
Due to the nature of this work, we do not offer refunds for these programs. As soon as you make your purchase, we’re pledging our time and energy to your project at the exclusion of other projects.
